Kevis has 10 production lines and 4500square meters workshops , and the factory equipped with X-RAY counting machine, automatic solder paste machine, Fuji NXT SMT machine, 10 zones reflow oven, automatic optical detector , 3D SPI, SMT FA intelligent inspection machine, X-ray inspection machine, PCBA cleaning machine, conformal coating machine, and other advanced high-precision advanced automated production equipments,
the process accuracy is +/-1mil, minimum packaging size is 01005 and the pitch of BGA is 0.35mm. We can flexibly meet customers’ requirement, even from R & D small batch to mass production with the personalized requirement of different customers and achieve high-quality, highly-efficient product delivery.
